Midnight Sun Limited Edition Blu-ray
Japanese pop star YUI plays a girl with a rare skin condition that makes sunlight lethal to her. She busks every night playing guitar. Eventually she works up the courage to introduce herself to a boy she watches from her bedroom window every morning before going to sleep. I was surprised to find a Korean release of this cute and sad flick on Blu-ray with English subtitles. It's hard to believe it's over 10 years old now.

Unchained Melody: The Films of Meiko Kaji
Nice book by Tom Mes about the legendary Meiko Kaji, star of the Female Prisoner Scorpion and Lady Snowblood films. The book is kinda small (it's not much bigger than a standard Blu-ray case), but it's packed with information about the actress's career. From Arrow Books. A must have for Meiko Kaji fans.

White Day: a labyrinth named school
This PS4 game is a remake of an early 2000s survival horror game from Korea. You play a student who is trapped in a high school at night with ghosts and a stalker. It does feel dated compared to a lot of newer games, but it's interesting nonetheless and I like to support physical releases of niche titles.

LEFT STACK
Rush Hour trilogy was much needed, didn't own any on BD or DVD.
Source Code is a decent watch.
Day of the Dead was a semi-blind buy.
I'd seen parts of it before. Watched it the otehr day. It's pretty...okay. Kind of dated already.
Older zombie movies/shows are all really starting to pale in comparison to TWD.
TWD has it's flaws believe me, I KNOW. I've often suffered through seasons before.
But nobody can deny the awesome look of the zombies in that show.
The Odd Couple is a classic. Really happy to own it on BD.
Secret Window was one of those high school date movies and a decent King/Depp thriller.
The Homesman was a blind buy. Haven't seen it yet.
A Leage of their Own. Classic, glad to own it on BD.
Campaign/Due Date. One good (Campaign) comedy and one great (Due Date) comedy.
Bad Words. Very underrated Jason Bateman movie. Hilarious.
BASEketball. Wish we had more movies from Stone and Parker.
EDtv. Guilty pleasure movie I used to watch all the time on cable.
Truman Show. What needs to be said? This movie is magnificent.
American Hustle. Didn't like it upon first viewing, going to rewatch and see if I like it.
Long Ranger. Has some great action scenes and it was only $10 and I got Disney points.
RIGHT STACK
Gone Girl. I like this a little bit more upon each viewing. Needed it for my Fincher collection and it was the digibook for only $10.
Don Jon. Underrated JGL movie/comedy. Very entertaining watch.
Chef. I just love this movie it makes you feel all warm and good inside. No denying it's full blow lighthearted airy comedy/life movies. But it just makes you feel good.
This is the End. Revisited this for first time since seeing in theatres and it's still pretty damn funny. Not as good as "The World's End" that came out around the same time. But they are totally different movies.
10 Cloverfield Lane. Great little thriller and proud to support Trachtenberg.
Ed Wood. Blind buy. Every list has this as the best Debb/Burton movie so I need to check it out.
Arrival. Watched a crappy ripped version of this the first time. Need to revisit in 1080P.
The Raid 2. Awesome martial arts movies. So badass. I could never find this in stores all they have now is the "Raid Collection" but I already own the first so didn't want that. Found on eBay for like $8.
ex Machina. Did not like this upon first viewing, picked it up cheap to revisit it.
13 Hours. Best Michael Bay movies in years that nobody is talking about. Great performances and has the "America f*** yea fist pump in the air" feel to it like Lone Survivor or Patriot's Day.
The Accountant. Did not like this upon first viewing, picked it up cheap to revisit it.
Bone Tomahawk. Amazon flash sale blind buy. Super cheap like $7.
Kingsman Secret Service.Did not like this upon first viewing, picked it up cheap to revisit it.
Blood Diamond. Decent flick but couldn't resist picking it up for $6 cause of Leo.

(yea I know I need to stop buying movies I didn't like on BD in the hopes of rewatching and liking them. When they are $10 or less I just can't resist though.)

I know the feeling. I have more than a few BD rebuys of movies that I only watched once on DVD, and immediately remembered why

This one however I liked alot.

Had expected a 3D version of this, when I saw it i remember thinking that alot of scenes looked like they were filmed to benefit 3D..
