most of us who've been waiting a month+ are the ones who ordered day one and two, while people who ordered weeks later got cards already, that's what's frustrating about it. Plus of course what you mentioned about their responses either being vague or untrue |

That's not what he said at all. He said "We will ship all backlogged cards by Sep 28 which means they will arrive by Oct 8", meaning they will be caught up from all backlogged orders by then. The ones ordered earlier like August 15-20 should be shipping now (if not already shipped) and arrive any day now.

Of the 6 movies I've seen with MoviePass so far (Atomic Blonde, Wind River, Girls Trip, Home Again, mother!, The Hitman's Bodyguard) 5 of them are things that I wouldn't have paid to see otherwise. If everything works out I plan on seeing three more movies this week, and two of those I wouldn't have paid to see either.

I have contacted them 3 times via email and I never get a reply. I get an automated "Supported Theaters" reply. I thought I wasn't supposed to be charged again until after I get the card, a month after since I was initially charged the day I signed up?

In the meantime, the seemingly best way to get ahold of them is to send a DM to the official twitter account @Moviepass and then tweet at them (probably numerous times) whenever you see they're replying to people, telling them that you DM'ed them It's convoluted and irritating but that's the reality of the situation right now until they have more employees + not thousands of people yelling at them on social media/emails every day |

Did you try to do an eticket when the app showed the last four digits of your Moviepass card by using the last four digits shown in the app? There were some that bascially activated their card when they tried to checkin to see if any theaters around them offered eticket ing the first couple weeks of the new pricing plan started.

I signed up on the 15th, got card on Aug 25th (and activated it for first time) and just checked that my next billing cycle starts on Sept 25th. So in this case they didn't start the month until I activated.
If anyone is curious, go to your profile and click Plan Information. It should show the next bill date. If it is already charging for people that didn't get their card after a month's time, my guess is that their automated system was never setup for the case that you wouldn't receive your card within that first month. Give it some time. We are only talking about $10, they'll get it sorted out. |

Here is something troubling, and hopefully someone can set my mind at ease:
When I look on the app under my account > Shipping Address , instead of my full address it has half of it replaced with ##. Like instead of 1234 BluRay Drive (example, not my real address, duh ![]() I was worried that my address got messed up so it won't get shipped to me correctly. So I went in and changed the address, and it still shows up with the ### again whenever I check it there. Is this how everyone's address displays on the app? Especially those who have already gotten their card? I would hate to think now I have an even longer wait because of some weird glitch in my account. |
