Very difficult to hit the pre-order button on this one as a BD-r, but I had to do it. The chance to experience the racing and training sequences in hi-def was just too much to pass up. Hope the video is worth it. The only other choice collection I own is Little Women, and at least I can say they really delivered the A/V on that one.

Very disappointing. We need more Carroll Ballard on Blu-ray, but not like this. Maybe Warner Archive will release Duma, maybe Never Cry Wolf will get a Disney Move Club exclusive release, but I'm not counting on it.

And that's why Mill Creek isn't getting it. So far the only Sony title Mill Creek was allowed to make new material for is Shakes the Clown. Mill Creek and Criterion have been the only licensors thus far to be allowed to create new material. Well, Twilight Time too, if you count the isolated score tracks.

Super happy this is out. But as with Real Genius, it's again the disappointing Choice Collection. The DVD of this is actually pretty good quality all around. Would love to hear how this is in comparison.

But even then, Real Genius is one of my favorites and I still haven't bothered to buy the Choice release.

This is the type of title to just buy digitally.

I'd rather have digital than a recordable disc.

So many titles are now showing up in HD and some in 4K that were never released on bluray not to mention all of the TV shows that are HD that never came out in bluray.

I just watched my laser disc of this title this morning. It still plays perfectly in my Pioneer DVL-919, although it IS a laser disc with disappointing pq compared to BD or 4k. I like this movie and came in here to see if a quality blu-ray or 4k existed - but no such luck.
