OldPangYau said that German and Japanese releases used the same master. I hope this Vicol release is better.

Can't find any info about this on Vicol's own website.

If caps-a-holic is anything to go by, it seems like the German edition is a hair sharper... perhaps because of a proper 1080p transfer as opposed to the 1080i Japanese release.
