Like Gladiator, I thought that Braveheart played pretty nicely in its DVD version. The Blu-ray should be fantastic.

I rarely buy movies on the initial release dates (because of price), but these 2 are definate first-day buys for me.

One of my favorite movies.

I recall the campaign in the late 1990s to get this movie on DVD. There was a Website that had everyone cracking up (you remember that), I used to check it all the time whenever I felt like I needed to laugh.

Then when the DVD finally was released in 2000 I was at the local video store that morning as soon as it opened to purchase my copy
