You're right and while I was typing that, I was thinking of a place like Hooters where the server may actually sit down at your table and start talking to you. I remember I had this one Persian (yes, I always mention ethnicity) server who I chatted with a bit and ended up getting a number from. So you're right, the boss doesn't want to see his employees talking/flirting and she will have other customers but there may be times when she does have to chat and be friendl if she wants to.

Looks like my local Fry's sure overshot how popular Exodus would be. Unless they like to mass-stock cheap titles later on in their lifespan. They must've had over 50 copies of Puncture at one time they were selling for like $2.99.

i know that sometimes a certain location will sell more copies of a certain item than other locations. so what they'll do is send all the ones from surrounding locations to the one that sells the most. that way they have a better chance of selling more (or all) of them rather than marking them down.

not saying that's what happened here, i just know that it happens sometimes.

I didn't see your picture before Samus but that was the first film that popped into my head when I read Exodus. I wasn't sure though because I thought you might be talking about a newer film. sk33tr's idea makes sense.

thinking of how mad i am at myself.

i was thinking of a movie earlier and i thought, "i haven't seen that in a while, i might watch that tonight."

but now i can't remember what the hell it was.

usually when i do that i get the movie out to watch later. but i didn't do that and now i can't remember what it was.

I do stuff like that occasionally although it may not happen when thinking about a movie to watch. I know what you're saying though. I suppose we can all guess and see if we can help you remember. I'll go first;
