The steelbook without the ticket holder (First press item) is ¥1000 cheaper. It's sold out at Amazon already but can be found at other retailer sites.

What exactly is the difference between the two listed Japanese steelbooks? They're both still available on amazon but I don't understand the price difference

They are the same steelbooks. The only difference is with or without the bonus item ticket holder.
