I'm about the same size as you, maybe just a touch taller, and the XL House shirt fits fine on me. I have a feeling the large would've been a little small for my preference fwiw.

Stay away from the Classic t-shirt. The heavyweight jersey cotton is not good quality.

That’s my strategy as well. (In theory, at least, based on...what happened...during the summer BN sale.)

It’s a terrific film, especially if you’re an Assayas fan.

I'm going to assume Criterion used the code COOP for their flash sale because they're hinting that they're going to be doing a release of Interstellar

Do they ever do Black Friday sales? I don't need any of these films right now. Thanks for everyone that has given me info so far about their sales practices!

I am sure you're joking, but anyway now that I look at it maybe it was about FWWM (Kyle Maclachlan's character, even though he's not important to it).

I am, though I do love the movie, and if Criterion felt they could add something with their own release, I'd buy it day one. I was trying to figure out what it might have come from (haven't seen FWWM).

His Girl Friday, Blow-Up, Twin Peaks: FWWM and Stalker. Shipping to Canada ain't cheap but it's still cheaper, overall, than anywhere else for me.

Not even close.

What lives in a coop? Roosters.

And what do roosters do? They crow.

I find it amusing, given how much hand-wringing there was over who the hell is going to buy FWWM, how many people have said they bought FWWM in this sale...

What's it up to now? Like ten people?

I guess Mulvaney's going to be able to get his mom that eye operation after all

No. Basically, you have four opportunities a year to get half off: 2 x B&N sales in July and November, and 2 x Criterion flash sales in October and, er...(can't remember exactly, but sometime in the spring ). Of course, there could be random other sales on Amazon, DeepDiscount, etc.

Picked up Barry Lyndon, Certain Women, Rebecca, The Lure (blind by), and Straw Dogs. Wanted to limit myself to 5 and te first 4 were musta and the 5th came down to Dogs and Vampyr. Went with Dogs. Tough decision though.

Ooh, I forgot about The Lure too.

I've shown a lot of restraint today (only three titles and I haven't gone back to use the loyalty coupon) but I feel that cracking.
