Win 10 is like a bomb with the spying telemetry shit they force on you. Main issue is it's forced updates and if its one that makes u get a blue screen like the Oct 11 update then ur ****ed until they get their asses out and fix it.

Wat i did was bought a referb Lenovo Thinkcentre M82 with 2TB drive 16gigs of ram and a I5 with 3.2ghz up to turbo 3.7, all for under $300 and its way way faster than the pavilion plus the I5 integrated gpu is btter than the dinosaur raedon. I wanna enjoy win 7 until its no longer supported then ill partition the 2tb drive for 10 so I can use 7 for things 10 wont run or allow to be installed, or install 10 on the pavilion for shits and giggles because by 2020 i'm sure they'll have a new Windows on the horizon since Win10 % is rather low bro.
