I'd be interested since my TT copy of MS Burning has issues, but the UK disc has better PQ and has recently dropped to less than 9 pounds.

He reported in the Mississippi Burning thread that his TT Mississippi Burning BD developed white spots and now doesn't play - but he's the only one that has reported that thus far, so it's likely just a one-off manufacturing error.

Yep, more than likely this is the case. SAE and TT were butts about it too. Neither one of them would do an exchange.

Yeah, they want $30 for every disc and they are not about to give that up even once.

Bummer. I thought they generally produced additional copies above 3000 just for that purpose (possible replacement discs). Of course they probably wouldn't hold onto those forever... but you'd think not even 2 years later they might be able to accommodate.

That sucks about your copy of MS Burning not working. I hadn't heard about the white spots either. Gonna have to double check my copy. Thanks for the heads up on the PQ of the UK release. It also has more special features than the TT disc, might have to pick it up while it's still cheap.

Saw U-Turn on Amazon for $26. Not sure if I’m willing to bite yet.
