I never thought this film would be released this soon, but I am definitely thrilled to see it coming. I can now prepare to retire my DVD in preparation of the Blu-ray release. Anybody else waiting for this masterpiece?

I saw this awhile back Rob and its one of my favorite Miike films with this being release on Blu I can only hope that Audition isn't far behind.

Another good one. I actually saw it before I heard anything about it. I think the reason some don't like it is the build-up it gets from shows like AFI 100 Scariest Movies and word of mouth. Most people go in expecting a gore-fest, and that movie is so much more.

i watched it one night on cable i knew the ending was bad (in a gorey sense)so the whole time i watched it i was on edge waiting for something awful to happen i think my knuckles were white! from the suspense but after watching the whole thing i did'nt find it very shocking but the waiting added to the mood of the film and i still thought it was a interesting watch.

The good news (in addition to the good news that this will be released on Blu-ray) is that the rumors have it that it's the UNCUT version being released!!!

I got the uncut bloodbag version on DVD so Il stick to that one as its a very cool packaging.

Need to bring Vistor Q out with it! I'd almost be afraid to watch any of Miike's films uncut but there's no way I could resist.

Visitor Q...is whole different type of Miike...I would say in this one Miike cover everything that's not right in the world...
