You're probably logging into the US site. They are two separate entities and you will need to log into the UK site. Also I don't think the US is getting a 4K steelbook. Just a 2D blu ray steelbook. At least with the Zavvi one you will have the 3D included.

I think you're right...although I clicked the original shortcut I've had in my browser for years. It must have redirected me to the US site. Ugh.
