100% of all region A North American Blu-ray players support both 60Hz and 24Hz output. 100% of all region B Blu-ray players support 50Hz and 24Hz output. I am talking about all second generation and later standalone Blu-ray players, some first generation 2006 models do not support 24fps (24Hz). 100% of all OPPO Blu-ray players support 50Hz, 60Hz, and 24Hz regardless of what country it is purchased in.
