Iron Man
Transformers
Pearl Harbor
Prince Caspian
The Rock

So which one should I watch first?

Hard to say

Prince Caspian is amazing and has a more christmas-like feel than the others. If not just because it involves magic/has bright colors.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, just wanted some opinions. Think I'll start with TDK and then Iron man, transformers and the rest no particular order.

I think that the order in which you typed them in your first post seems right. I personally would skip Transformers and Pearl Harbor because I don't like them or any Michael Bay films, but if you like them, that's fine.
