Speaking of the UK edition, I have a couple of (maybe) silly questions here...

1. Can I order the Special Edition from Amazon UK? I live in the USA.

2. If so, wouldn't the standard BD discs be region locked, thus doing me no good?

I ordered my copy from Amazon UK for $44 USD.

Warner discs are region free.

Bummer. I was hoping to score a copy from the initial batch with the disc that has 3 cuts since WB is offering a replacement disc for the extras anyway (would have all the discs then). Had a feeling WB was repackaging these once they stopped restocking these in store. But can't complain since I was able to get one for half the original price! Guess the only way to get all the disc is to find the blu-ray digibook version that comes with all 3 cuts?

Amazon canceled my order for that one today, finally. Thought about swapping the innards of the Canadian SteelBook with a 4-disc tray and putting the UHD along with that 3-disc BD set inside. Guess not.

FWIW, there's the 5 disc set from 2007. Though some copies had the wrong discs inside, also.

Definitely not willing to spend $200+ from third party markets. Those blu-ray digibooks were restocked at Best Buy few months back...still regretting it for not picking it up at $9.99 lol. Maybe they'll come around again, hopefully when Blade Runner 2049 is released.

Doesn't look so limited. I've seen tons out and about and it only contains The Final Cut in 4K, the rest are standard 1080 discs.

Received my copy in the mail that I ordered when the deal went live at 12:02 AM PT this past Thursday. I was expecting to receive a copy that was shrinkwrapped with the corrected disc since those were the ones that I saw in store, but surprisingly it's still in cellophane wrapping. Has anyone else that ordered from Bestbuy.com receive their copy in the original cellophane wrapping instead of being rewrapped in shrinkwrap? If so, did it still have the corrected disc or did you end up with the blu-ray that has 3 cuts of the movie?

Woot!

My copy arrived today. I bought mine from Best Buy online as part of their Black Friday sale.

My copy came in shrink wrap and has a cardboard slipcover. The discs contained are the final cut in 4k, on a standard BD, and two DVD discs of special features, so this is the newly packaged "corrected" version.

To say that I'm really stoked to have this on 4k is an understatement. Lol! 😋😀
