The lack of pay sucks but you meet new people and learn a lot so it's worth it. Goofing off as usual, I am the only one in this office who files so that's not happening as much as before. Going to start being noticeable soon.

Just consumed my first ever cup of coffee. And it was... wrong.

I know it seems awfully crazy that I just now had it. I've always just woke up and started drinking pop. I'm hoping a change can give me a little boost and wake me up and give me some energy to start the day. Luckily I have a ton of options as far as varieties and add-ins go at my work.

I tried basic Green Mountain French roast - straight up, gross. Bitter? I added 2 little things of original creamer. Not much better. Actually, worst. Way too sweet. I then had two little things of French vanilla creamers near me so I tossed those in and it made it bearable.

Coffee in my experience is one of those things that you have to have the right flavours and mixture of condiments to fully enjoy. Myself, I prefer darker thicker roasts with a kick to them. Not hot but not cold and with a splash of flavoured creamer to take a bit of the edge off. I also have to have it pretty much first thing in the morning so it won't affect my ability to go to sleep. Good runner drink as it gives you a boost of energy. It can definitely be an acquired taste though, definitely not for everyone.

Been on a bit of an Eagles kick after ordering their Greatest Hits double CD the other day, so learning how to play "Hotel California" on guitar.

Enjoying a free pizza. I went back to the post office today to check on a package I mailed out yesterday and also sent out a new one to a member in Alaska. I guess Target.com doesn't ship to his city.

Might go home and take a nap for a short while before going back out. I'm not sure yet.

Wife has the day off and has been making BBQ while I've been trying to get past the 1st page out of 15 new posts. So debating on if I'm going to watch one of the 3 Netflix BD's or take a nap? Didn't get a good nights sleep. Of course if I take a nap the vicious cycle starts over again.

Sounds like BB said the second half of my Cyber Monday order was delivered today, picking that up on the way home. Might watch both movies this weekend but it sounds like it'll be a busier weekend than usual despite no Cowboys game.

waiting on dinner to be done.... and i'm dog-ass tired. although i'm not sure exactly what that means or how a dog's ass relates to being tired, but i've hard it all my life and use it often, lol.

i started by changing the oil in my truck
then i finished my sister's christmas present(s)
then i put up all the outside christmas decorations

so yeah...tired and hungry
