I really dislike my disks in a broken amaray, for fear of scratches (I know they're resistant to scratches, but I still get paranoid), and since I started to build a collection, I went ahead and placed them in a Case Logic binder like I would do with all my DVD's. I saved quite a bit of space. If BD amaray's aren't an issue and you don't specifically collect them, then you can try the Case Logic or any other CD wallet / binder route.
