I think that you're 100% right, and BB should honor what they advertised at the price that was offered. But practically they're a big company and unless you find someone sympathetic in cs. then I don't think you would get anywhere. Maybe you could sue them, but I'd guess that would be a lot of effort, and their lawyers would defend them well.
