I wish they had announced it before 6 days prior to the release, now I have to scramble to move stuff around to get it... but I'm glad we're getting it, even if it's both late and rushed, since SOME Marvel shows don't get anything. I guess Iron Fist and Defenders get released together. Kind of thought LC and IF would be released together and then Defenders either by itself or with The Punisher.

I import as well. The UK seems to get the steelbooks of these, and the last few, Daredevil Season 2 and Jessica Jones S1 specifically, came out a lot earlier in the UK than the US. I seem to remember there was talk that they wouldnt come out in the US as well. Ditto with Agent Carter S2. Did that ever come out in the US?

Agent Carter S2 never came out in the US.

The only problem with that is those hideous massive stickers that Best Buy will stick directly onto the front cover of the slipcover if you do in-store pick up. I would do pick up so much more if they didn't slap a huge sticker on every product I buy.

amiibo boxes, video games, memory cards, etc... no big deal. But can't accept it on my slipcovers.

I did store pickup for DDs2 and JJ and the stickers came off easy, just had to slowly peel them off. It's not like the price stickers that you have to keep scratching off.

I might risk it. Think they'd let me pick the order up and then pick out my own copy?

I've only ever done pick-up once, but, as with kevin87, the sticker came off super-easy.

If you ask them then I'd think there would be a decent chance that they'd let you exchange it for another, if you wanted to. Any store/employee could be different, but the people at my local BB seem to be pretty easy going and you'd be walking out with a copy that matches the receipt.

TVSoD says BD only, like s1 of Daredevil was, so Best Buy's probably just confused since it was announced so soon before it's released, the press site I have for Disney hasn't even added anything yet... The BB listing says DVD but the artwork says BD, and doesn't even include the release date. I'm sure it'll probably change by Sunday for the ads.

Only Netflix worth purchasing is Stranger Things, so pass. Didn’t care for Luke Cage all that much, started strong & then became a bit campy.

I'm finishing episode 2 right now and think it is enjoyable so far. I've put off Luke Cage and Iron Fist but I'm trying to figure out if I'm wanting to shell out the cash for the Blu-ray next week.

My main concerns are things like:

1) Owning a physical copy.
2) Being 100% sure that the movie or show can never be edited after the fact.
3) Being 100% sure that the movie or show can never be revoked from me, either purposely or by error.

So for me DVD > streaming
