Thanks! Just opened up the Lenti and of course covered the glossy steelbook in fingerprints. Put on the spine sticker they include. It looks pretty awesome, I think. I'm sure I could have got it straighter, LOL. Light isn't great today so was struggling to see.

Reminds me of the looks i get from my wife and kids when i put my white gloves on to open a new steel. I dont care though, those fingerprints can be a real pain to get wipe off without scratching.

White gloves?? My best friend bought me a pair as a joke when I first started collecting steels because he knew I was particular about things, but I never once entertained the thought of using them.

3 consecutive Asian exclusive steelbooks where the digits of the number I got add up to 13.

I told myself it couldn't possibly happen 3 consecutive times but it did. I feel like Hurley and I'm cursed.

This time it was 1480. 1+4+8=13

So this was my first KimchiDVD steelbook (recently bought new and sealed, off eBay), and I gotta say, I’m kinda disappointed with the quality control. After taking off all the plastic wrap (1 over the whole thing and 1 over the steelbook itself), I found several 1-to-2-inch long hairline scratches (some in a weird zig-zag pattern) and a very small dent on the front of the steelbook. No damage elsewhere or on the outer slip. Fortunately, the scratches and dent are only noticeable at certain angles, but I was still slightly bummed to see those, especially since it looks like it came damaged like that from the company.

I do like the sticker provided for the spine though... it kinda gives it a cool embossed metallic look. More steelbooks should have that. Unfortunately when I attached it, it went on ever-so-slightly crooked. Just my luck, right?! I tried fixing it before it fully adhered, but now part of the ‘M’ doesnt stick down at all.

I contacted Tony at KimchiDVD to see if I could buy a replacement sticker, but haven’t received a response. Seeing as how I bought this off eBay, it might not be possible. Does anyone here happen to have a spare sticker that they don’t need and can sell to me? If so, please PM me.

Overall, despite all that, I am still really happy with my purchase. It's a great looking steelbook.

I purchased a HDZeta steel from a reputable eBay seller but received the kimchi slip edition steel complete with silver label and HDZeta card!

Was I duped? Not that I mind, it's a genuine Kimchi product and I like it better than the HDZeta I thought I was getting. Has this happened to anyone else before? I should add that the seller displayed the actual photo. Is it that maybe the pics were somehow crossed here?

If you got the Kimchidvd lenticular slip, I think you came out ahead. It's way better than the HDZeta slip
