How do you update your credit card? Mine expired last month. App won't allow me to do it, keeps giving me an error. Customer service won't reply to me on e-mail or twitter.

They tweeted about an hour ago that the app should be working again.

I don't know what the error was before, but I just tried opening mine and theaters and stuff loaded for me. Not sure if there was something else wrong though

Just as I feared, I was billed a few days ago at the monthly rate, they didn’t switch me to the yearly plan even though I did it. Have had no luck getting in touch with them…great.

Others in the thread have said they've had this issue. Interesting idea, advertising a plan you don't intend to implement...

I've never seen a worse run company in my life. Literally no excuse at this point. I want to update my credit card and the app won't allow me to and I'm getting no help. Guess my service is going to end against my will.

The app started working fine again around 4pm. I was able to successfully use MoviePass for a 4:45pm showing of Lady Bird this afternoon.

It took a number of weeks, but I can see in the app that they successfully switched me to the annual plan and I did in fact get charged for the annual price today (my billing date).

Saw The Florida Project last night, great film and it made me weep a little. Anyone that says movie pass is a waste is out of their minds. And Ive bought concessions just out of guilt because the deal is so good and i never buy food at theaters. If moviepass goes out of business before your year subscription runs through - just go through the Costco refund process.

With this offer, I seriously doubt that it is going to happen. Plus they have been around since 2011 and survived different price points. Its just fear mongering because the $10 price caused a massive surge the company was unprepared for.

Star Wars in 2 days and I'm worried I won't be able to see it w/ moviepass. I've been constantly trying to get some service but no luck. I've tried emailing, twitter, chat through the app. Is there a way to update your credit card online? The app won't allow it, keeps giving a "please try again" message. I love this service, but hate the company.
