I have also noticed that "Jason Bourne" UHD (which I don't have to try) actually states at the back "DTS X Headphone" so that adds to the layer of uncertainty. Do the movies need a special surround addition or any DTS X movie will have it even if it doesn't say so. If you get the chance I would please like to know what you find about your DTS disc and your receiver, I pressume you have the 3070. Also do listen to that youtube video I've linked, for me at least on that demo, DTS X headphone sounds sufficiently convincing to keep trying to find out more about. Watching movies late, even at low volume with the speakers is just too explosive. So an acceptable faux surround with headphones would be very welcomed. |
