and...my points I entered have expired...12/19/08. damnit-not that I was anywhere near the total needed, but I would have ~1k after entering a recent purchase.

Neither did I, and yet....I was quite surprised when my balance was zero-thought I accidentally had two logins. but there, under history, it showed my point redemptions.

I logged in I think 5 or 6 movies in one day and hadn't returned since.

Ah, just read the FAQ:

5. Any points remaining in an Enrollee's Account which has remained inactive for a period of 270 days or more will be forfeited without compensation. Failure to log-in the Account constitutes inactivity for purposes of this condition.

The account information page says expired, hence why I used that term in my posting.

Apparently my 270th day was 12/19/08. grrr.


Probably never would have used them, but still...
