Can someone please fill me in. I'm discovering now there is a bad copy and a correct copy? The copy I got has the weird wavy plastic that holds the paper insert, the one that appears to be rewrapped.

My copy, which I believe is the corrected one, contains 4 discs:

The 4K UHD disc of the film
The blu-ray disc of the film, labelled "Disc 1"
A DVD labelled Disc 2 "Dangerous Days: Making Blade Runner"
Another DVD labelled Disc 4 "Enhancement Archive."

^ Yes, this is the exact contents of my copy which I ordered from best buy on black friday. Which came with a slip, over a case that was resealed with heat shrink wrap.

I’ve seen this movie hundreds of times and never noticed when he is at the bar, the give him a drink with bugs in it, then he pulls one out of his mouth.

Yes, but be careful.

I followed directions and went the Movies anywhere link and it wouldn’t give me the UHD on Vudu. I had to go through many hoops, including Wb resetting my code to get UHD to work.

So, redeem on Vudu not movies anywhere.

So I initially both the 4K from Amazon UK for $25 shipped. I now sold that for $15 on Ebay and ordered the US one from Best Buy for $17.99 + tax. (will sell UV code too)
Pro move?

Yes, I can also confirm, choose the VUDU link on the WB site and you will get the UHD version.

...sounds correct- that's what I got in the Spanish release. Only thing I'm confused about is I thought some countries got 2 bluray discs instead of 2 DVD's for the 'Dangerous Days' documentary and the 'Enhancement Archive' extras.

They are not stickers on the slip cover. I haven't opened it yet not sure if I'm keeping it but they don't look like stickers on cover either.

...don't want to take thread off topic but I completely agree the UK ratings are way, way over the top and completely unnecessary. Even worse tho are the larger, thicker size plastic cases the UK use which take up extra shelf space

Dangerous Days actually looks better on the DVD. The on-screen text is messed up on the bluray.

Amarays are thicker but I would take them any day over any eco case or stacking hub garbage. Also more durable.

Ratings logos - yeah, they suck, but sometimes the art is better than the NA release...and I will take better art + a couple ratings logos over some Photoshop abomination without logos.

Why would anyone who just bought this 4K title would want to so bad redeem UV code in UHD? Is it to watch at a different location on a different TV?

I watched about 45 minutes of the movie, with lower volume a few weeks ago.
However, yesterday I watched it "pretty loud" with a friend, and we were both blown away by the audio. I don't have Atmos, I have 7.1. I know many have said that it sounded "hectic" without Atmos, but to me, it was as good as a movie that came out this year for a 7.1 mix.

I have a mid-range sound system, but my friend has a McIntosh receiver (and speakers), with 5 amps, and two subwoofers. Even so, he said "I don't know if it's your amp or what, but this movie never sounded better to my ears."

He immediately purchased the 4k disk at Best Buy, when I told him to look there instead of Amazon. It was $17, too.

Can someone help me? A while back (around release) someone posted a link with some great 4k vs 1080p blu ray screencaps that really helped show off the new detail and things the 4k disc has. I used this a bit to show off to some people what 4k can offer but I've lost the link and now can't find it, google is no help and just keeps bringing up reviews.

It had some great 4k caps that you could just mouse over to easily see the differences.

If anyone knows the site I'm talking about I'd much appreciate it.
