I suppose I could watch the ultimate edition of BvS. I've put a ton of movies on Vudu that I still need to watch. War for the Planet of the Apes and Valerian are way up on the list. I need to get on those.

I put up pretty much all of my PFs for sale on the freaks forum. My friend talked me out of selling my Gladiator Hulk. Still not sure what to do with my Speeder Bike PF.

My nephews sent me home with both of their LEGO sets I got them for Christmas. They want me to build them while they’re in Florida.
I think this it was a movie for casual, to very low engaged SW fans. I don't think there are going to be a lot of die-hards that end up loving it. Just too much non-Star Warsy stuff.

I want to see Valerian too. But I didn't buy it yet, I'll probably wait till next Black Friday when its like $5 or less.

I looked at your for sale thread, don't sell that Daredevil either! Aren't you talking about doing a DD display? That statue you're selling is so unique!

Ha! I'd be so excited to build Legos!

I think we’re just going to have to accept that Star Wars is for the masses now and lost what made it special. We’re going to get MCU style Star Wars movies on a yearly basis and will just have to hope for a decent one every now and then. So far Rogue One is their Winter Soldier.

I just got the Valerian code from someone for $4. Basically like renting it, but now I can watch it whenever.

I doubt any of that stuff sells. I’ll have to put it on eBay or get raped with prices on the boards. I just wasn’t sure where that Daredevil would fit in as he’s a smaller scale, but I will keep it!

It’s a lot of Legos! I need to go over and hook up the Xbox my brother got his kid too. Maybe I’ll test out Star Wars Battlefront II...

Yeah, I think you're right. I am so glad we got Rogue One. I remember when the first full length trailer came out for that movie I wasn't that blown away, but I'm so happy I came around on that movie. I'm going to push for Gareth Edwards to make another SW movie of I can. I hope someone starts one of those stupid petition things lol.

That sounds like a good deal. Maybe one day I'll actually use one of thode movie streamimg websites.

Yes! I'm so glad you're keeping that! Its just such a unique pose and I don't think any other scale could pull it off because it would be too heavy. I have a feeling one day you're going to get the DD life size bust back and do a whole DD display!

Does he have Battlefront II? I hope you get to try it out and you like it.

Yeah I didn’t think much of Rogue One when I saw the trailer, but it was good stuff. I am definitely not watching Solo after this disaster.

I don’t know if I’ll ever get the DD bust back. It rarely goes up for sale and it costs twice what I originally paid.

Yeah Battlefront II is the game he got him!

The more I think about TLJ the more I don't like it. Right now I'm in agreement with you the only thing worse is the Holiday special.

I think I'm going to watch Rogue One again tomorrow just to get my mind off of TLJ, and back onto some really good SW.

I've got a feeling within a year from now you're going to go after that bust again. Just watch .

Thats so cool, you'll definitely have to play it! On the other hand though, how can this guy not manage to hook uo an Xbox? Good grief!

Well I'm glad I'm not alone. I've seriously been depressed about it the last few days, pretty bad I let a movie affect me that way! My brother wants me to go with him this weekend, I wonder if he'd watch Pitch Perfect instead.

I don't know, I had a chance to buy it a couple months ago and coudn't convince myself to spend that much.

Ha, my brother isn't technologically savvy. I will have to check it out next weekend.

Its completely understandable because its Star Wars. Whether its good or bad its going to stay on your mind a lot more than any other movie. I'll be thinkimg about the things I didn't like about it for years to come. I'd definitely try to convince him to see Pitch Perfect instead.

Not buying that auction a couple of months ago is going to eat at your soul and by the time you find another one you'll be willing to spend even more than the other one sold for.

Ughh. I'm so bummed about TLJ I can't even look anything SW right now. I just wasn't expecting this movie.

I have a feeling I won't be able to get him to see anything else. Maybe I'll like it the second time? I'm actually more annoyed that I'll be giving more money to Disney. I won't be anymore.

I don't know. If I wouldn't buy it then, I probably won't buy it in the future. We'll see if another actually ever pops up again.

Yeah I was looking in the Hot Toys Poe thread and I had posted "Looks amazing. Easy purchase." Now I don't want it all. I wish I hadn't stupidly preordered TLJ Rey before seeing the movie. I just didn't expect it to be that bad.

I don't think you'll like it more the second time. All the bad things will still be there and you'll probably cringe even more the second time. Do everything you can to not see this again! It will be sending Disney completely the wrong message! Right now I'm not planning to buy it on Blu.

Well none of us predicted this for this movie so you can't blame yourself. She still is a good looking figure at least. Its weird because last night I started to realize that somehow because of how bad I thought TLJ was its now actually making me appreciate TFA more. The issues I had with that movie are bothering me less. At least it was a coherent SW story that felt like SW.

Ha, I get that. TFA felt like Star Wars still plus it did a good job setting up new characters and leaving us wanting more. I feel like TLJ just ignored everything from TFA and from all the movies that came before it. Rian just decided he was going to do his own thing. The middle movie should at least set you up wanting to see the finale, his movie didn't even do that. I don't know where the story is going nor do I care.

I do have a big problem with how Rey was portrayed in TFA. I didn't like how she just figured out the force, but I expected that to be addressed in this movie and it wasn't. So basically Anakin and Luke, two of the most powerful force users ever had to be trained, but Rey is just amazingly powerful and has it all figured out with no training. Yeah, okay. It's one thing to take chances, it's another to completely ignore the rules set up within the universe from previous movies.

I definitely think Disney did a knee jerk reaction to fans' complaints about TFA being too similar to ANH so they just tried something way different and hoped it would work but it failed miserably IMO. I wonder if they'll go back to blowing up another Death Star in the next one.

I think I'm just going to pretend the whole Rey thing was explained differently in this movie, and that an entirety different plot occurred, and Luke didn't just chuck the saber over his shoulder. I think that way I'll be able to at least enjoy TFA. It will be a lot like Justice League for me. I'm just going to ignore the real JL movie and pretend Zack's original plan to have Steppenwolf resurrect Superman to fight the Justice League in the black suit happened, and then the Lanterns show up in the end to save the day, and then Superman sees Lois and snaps out of it and then kicks Steppenwolf's ass.

Ha, that works. I'm just going to pretend all the non-canon legends books are what really happened afterwards. I wish Disney would let authors keep writing under the legends line. I don't care about the universe they are building.

So I ordered a collectible that's not a statue or figure or anything like that. I'm pretty excited to get it.

I think SW fandom has reached a point where everybody should just pick their own canon. There is at least one thing that has pissed someone off over the years, especially if Disney wrote over one of their favorite stories with a new movie or book. I really wish the Legends line would continue too. I wonder how Disney will deal with the TLJ criticisms. I wonder if they'll keep Rian Johnson for their planned trilogy or if they'll go a different route. I would think if this movie does $1.5B+ he probably won't be going anywhere regardless of what fans say.

Oooooooh what is it??? Is it a surprise? Is it big?

See the problem is Disney will only listen if it hurts the wallet and I see way too many people saying they disliked the movie, but will go watch it again. Seriously people, you don't have to prove you're a Star Wars fan by going to a movie you don't like 10 times.

Speaking of Star Wars, what do you think of Sideshow's Jabba the Hutt?

I ordered my first Alex Ross canvas print. I went with the mythology Green Lantern for my first one.

Oh man thats going to be awesome!!! Where did you order it from?

Yeah, I just don't understand why people would see this multiple times after not liking it. And I don't understand why they'd go see it again with their brother either . But seriously have you talked him into seeing a different movie yet?

I'll have go go look at the SS Jabba. I'm assuming its something new? I don't even pay attention to anything they release anymore.

I just got it off of eBay. I may get the Ross Daredevil print at ECCC still if Heroic Fine Art Gallery is there again. We shall see.

My brother is set on seeing it unfortunately. He says he needs to see why it's so bad.

No, their 1/6 Jabba came out a long time ago. I've just been trying to decide if it's still worth it as it's an older release.

I'm really excited for you!

This is terrible. Can't you just tell him you refuse to give Disney anymore money and just make him see it by himself?

Oh that one. I thought it was pretty cool. I don't think you're going to get a better Jabba. Even if SS or HT makes a new one what else can they do with him, you know? Do you want the throne and everything too? How much does he go for?

I’m a good brother I guess.

I don’t know, Hot Toys can make everything better. Of course they won’t release any of the OT or Rogue One figures they’ve shown because they have to keep putting TLJ figures up...and next it will be Solo figures. Ugh! But yeah, the throne would be a must. I honestly haven’t even looked into prices.

No wonder we didn’t like Luke in TLJ, it was actually his annoying brother Jake Skywalker!

You're probably right, HT's will be better. Loking at eBay you can get SS's for right around $200, and the throne for $400+. I don't know if HT will ever make a throne though. The only question is do you need him soon? HT probably won't make him for 10 years.

Now its making sense! That Jake Skywalker is into some freaky stuff! He just randomly starts milking animals in front of strangers .

Post some pics when you get your Alex Ross piece! I'm thinking about ordering either an Alex Ross or Jim Lee piece from Kult in lieu of one of the P1 statues.

It's no rush. Just something on my list if I ever have the funds or come across a deal.

Jake Skywalker is the worst!

Oh I definitely will. Which ones are you looking at?
