After you log in, on the left you will see pay pal plug-in. You should see secure cards on the left, click that and it will let you generate a card for sinle or multiple uses. They also have a plug in that goes on your browser bar and will do that same thing and not need to log into paypal to do it. If you dont see the secure card button when you first go to plu-in, cant remember if you do. Then it might want you to download the plug-in, which if you dont want it you can unistall it and still generate cards from the plug-in page.

Their are no fees for the pay pal version called secure card. It just takes the money from your pay pal account the same way as if a place took pay pal.
