That is a bottom of the rung Sharp model and you have the best non-120Hz LG. I say keep the LG unless you really want that extra 5".

My parents have an LG 42 in, & they love it, but before that they were watching a 20 year old 25in Zenith console, & liked that also.

LG or Sharp? wow that's a tough decision, they're both CRAP! lol no jk. I don't know much about both of them, but I heard there both good for the price you pay. I almost bought an LG, but decided to go with the Panasonic 80u, then I didn't like it as much as I thought I would and returned it and got the LN630 samsung. Best choice ever.
