I use my Darbee for 3D almost always and sometimes for regular Blu Ray on my OLED.
I use a setting of around 30 something for 2D and around 60 for 3D.

After doing many tests, I found it really adds a pop to the 3D. I wouldn't watch 3D without it.

Darbee's can also be very sensitive to what cable you use and the length. The manufacturer recommends 2m length and I would get Audioquest or maybe Monoprice for better stability.

I also upgraded the power adapter/wall plug-in as some are known to have problems in that area as well.

So a 10-feet hdmi cable is most likely a bad idea?

Hmm, well if its a good cable I would think it should make it. (Supra, higher end Audioquest, certified HDMI cables).
I think the cables below 2m and 1m are where others were having the most issues. I haven't tried that long of a cable, but I would guess that's pushing it.

My output cable is a 25 ft monoprice and I had no issues with the Darbee.
