Canada Will Blu-rays from Canada play in a US Blu-ray player??? YES

??? i want to but from amazon canada but im not sure if it will play before i waste the money will it??

if so is there a difference at all beside some of the cover being in french, and is it like that on all the blu rays?

back of the cover yes, front not always some time all you see is the words (traduction anglaise incluse) or the french title is written a little less bigger and right underneath the english title. it all depend on the movie i know i'm from province of quebec canada.

No. Why would we? English is our sole official language. Unfortunately some things like food packaging do, but that may be due to exporting, which may explain why sometimes you see French too.

Actually nearly all of our states have English as our official language. For whatever reason no one ever got around to making it so at the federal level. So yes, English is essentially America's official language despite that.

As an American buying a Canadian disc, it wouldn't bother me if French was also on the cover. Now if you guys have those age and rating symbols like in the UK, that would bother me, and I'm not even a cover art fanatic.
