I can check on the Easter Eggs once my order arrives on Thursday, unless someone is able to examine their copy in the interim.

No that was more than I needed. Just wasn't going to buy it if the case was a cardboard box like the DVD edition I had was. It was terrible. Thanks.

It looks like this is $15.45 on Walmart.com. Not sure if it is a mistake or what.

I took a gamble and placed an order. Came to $16.61 w/ tax (can't beat free shipping); should arrive this Friday. If it's the wrong item when it arrives, I'll just return it on my way home from work.

I just talked to the Ekjot guy on Amazon Chat (nice name by the way), and evidently they don't honor their seven day price change policy anymore. Well, I'll show Mr. Ekjot, I ordered a new copy, and I'm going to return the old one for my refund. See how they like those apples. Bastards. Amazon and their stupid policies. Piss me off.

They haven’t had any price protection beyond release date for a long time - a year or more.

Surprised to see no comments on the picture quality, but I think it looks pretty good.

Shame about the disc being a BD-25, though. They could've used a BD-50 to allow the 4K restoration to have some more room to breathe.

I tried to get Amazon to refund me since they dropped the price to $15.45, they wouldn't refund me but they did extended my Prime membership by a month for free so that was something.

oddly enough, now that I think about it, I don't know that I've ever seen this. I remember the cartoon and I remember seeing some of the second one in tv forever ago. but I don't know that I ever saw the original.

surprising they didn't just make one box for all.

They gave me $10 worth of promo credits. Still a win since I can use them for music downloads.

Hard to do when the rights are in different places with the sequels...New World released the 2nd (Arrow already released it on BD too), and who knows who owns the later sequels (which I believe Fox released on home video initially).

Amazon

Damn, I keep missing these price drops. Yesterday, @ Walmart, and today, @ Amazon, by the time I check, the price is back up.
Oh well, my $21.99 Amazon copy arrived on Tuesday. I preordered a while ago, and was hoping the price would go under $20.

If you return something that isn't defective, they charge you return shipping, which eats up a chunk of the price difference. If anyone has a workaround for this, please let me know.

They're split across too many different owners. There wasn't a DVD collection back in the day either.
