Thanks brother. Felt a bit better once my wife finally made it home. I've got a bad feeling she's going to either give me an earful or call me to make sure I wake up the boy in the morning. Since he was still awake the last time I checked. Apparently he's becoming a night bird like his dad now. Sad thing is, I can wake him up in the early morning and he'll still be up with the moon.

Meat loaf looked delicious RageATL. I should check with the wife if that is on our diet plan. Although we haven't been following that too closely the past few days. Had pizza tonight because she was running late. Hopefully pork chops tomorrow. Not sure what the side will be since we aren't suppose to have any starches. Anyway, time for one more run through the forum before I call it a night.

NICE! Lemme know what you think. If she follows it precisely then it should have a nice crunchy top and be moist inside due to the blend of pork and beef. One thing to tell the wifey though, use ONE "LEAF" of celery not an entire package/stalk.

My main veggies are peas and spinach, don't really consume any others.

Almost time to clock back in, at least I got in some decent studying during lunch. Afternoon should be okay, as long as I don't have to spend too long at ACT/AOT filing.
