Taxes are getting on my nerves. I feel like people should be rewarded for working hard and not living off the system.

Wishing my wife had made the pork chops and not the sausage gravy over scrambled eggs. She bought a ton of it at the Business Costco and now she's going to overcook that now that I've given it a thumbs up. Definitely wishing I had stopped and ate something before coming home. That last McD's cheeseburger is going in my belly. Otherwise I'm going for a drive to get a bar burger and fries before we get back on this diet again

I really do hate myself. I don't know why I do it sometimes. It seems when things get real quiet. Lonely even, in midst of the night when all are asleep. Lying in bed surrounded by the darkness. I think dark thoughts. As the cold air envelopes me in its empty existence. Looking back on old memories. Happiness from the past. Sadness of the present. It's a constant battle I have deep within myself. Struggle continues to push and pull. There are things I long for in life. Freedom. Happiness. Love. Independence. Wealth. Friends. Except I constantly punish myself by pushing all those opportunities away from me. Distance myself from others. Isolation from family as I am in my room for days. Silence from my mouth as I don't speak as much anymore. A swirl of madness and insanity filled thoughts racing through my mind. There's times I think of ending it. Even then I'm too much of a coward to carry out such cowardly act. Living a directionless life with nowhere to go is not fun. At times I seem to be on the right path, yet it is all too often I lose my footing where I fall into a downward spiral of depression. It's a recurring theme in my life. Something I've come used to. I know it will pass. I only hope to make it through this weekend as I wish to see better days...

Thanks, brotha. I was never fond of therapy. I mostly meditate. Really calms my nerves and clears my mind from negative thoughts.

can't show a female beating up a male as it might cause people to think that a male is weaker than a female...even if that female is supergirl.
