The Roku Ultra and 100% of all modern Blu-ray players for the last 8 years (and even some Blu-ray players from the year 2006), offer a choice in the menu of either 60Hz or 24Hz. The video should always be shown at the sources native frame rate. Commercial movie theaters always show movies at the native frame rate or multiplies of the original frame rate.
