Thank God the Eagles won! Not so much on this board, but other boards have been full of patsie gloaters tearing everything apart for weeks about how whoever comes out of the NFC shouldn't even bother playing the game. Now, after a few days of them crying beer-filled tears, there will be sweet, sweet silence.

Pittsburgh 8-1
Green Bay 10-1
Minnesota 12-1
New Orleans 17-1
Atlanta 18-1
LA Rams 19-1

Dallas 21-1
Jacksonville 22-1
Carolina 23-1
Seattle 24-1
San Francisco 25-1
.....
Chicago, Cleveland, NY Jets 100-1
What gets me is that, of those 14 teams which have odds at 25-1 or better, 10 of them are in the NFC. That's a massive disparity between the conferences. No wonder New England makes it every year out of the AFC. The rest of the conference is complete shit right now, outside of Pittsburgh and Jacksonville.

Yeah, next season is probably a 3 horse race again with the Pats, Steelers, Jags. I'd keep an eye on Raiders and Texans though. Houston is a completely different team with Watson playing.

Very odd. Doesnt seem like a discipline thing

I find it hard to believe Malcolm Butler would've been worse than what they trotted out there tonight.

I didn't even think of this record. The Pats loss put them in a tie with the Broncos for the most Super Bowl losses in history - 5. They lost in 1985 to the legendary Bears team, then in 1997 to a terrific Packers team to go along with the 3 losses during the Brady era.

I was just reminded of this quote from Gisele in 2012 about Tom Brady:

Quote:
You’ve to catch the ball when you’re supposed to catch the ball. My husband cannot ****ing throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can’t believe they dropped the ball so many times.

So happy for the Eagles. I will live vicariously through them for the next day as I pretend to know how it would feel if my Titans won it all. I have a good friend who’s an Eagles fan, and he’s still in shock. I love it.

I also love that this Super Bowl was a prime example of why Chip Kelly and Jeff Fisher suck!

And I do believe tonight was the end of the Pats dynasty. Congrats, Philly. You ended it... JMHO.

The Malcolm Butler benching is the dumbest thing Belichick has ever done. Don’t care what the dude did. You could’ve at least thrown him in after halftime.
