Sony has a program where if you register 5 movies, you can get a free movie from a specific list of movies.

The list has changed around at various times, but currently you can order either a digital copy, a BD, or a DVD (or 1 or 2 of those options, depending on the title in question).

Many people order a BD that has a code, then they have the movie AND a code. Some movies are available there as a digital copy (HD UV), such as Land of Mine, foreign movie in Danish (with subtitles) that was an Oscar nominated movie (and winner?), that otherwise has no code, hard to find the BD

I think there's a list somewhere, not sure where, some of the options are older movies, plus a handful of somewhat newer movies like Angry Birds and The Shallows.

Though again, the list of options changes from time to time, just not usually for the better (i.e. there is some good stuff there, but once you've mined that, there are few new additions over the months)

Looks like directly in Vudu. You can view the google doc below that tells you UHD redeem options (including when you have no option for UHD)
