It's funny that with the re-releases of both Avengers films, this is getting a re-release, too. It's confirmation from Best Buy and Disney that this is:

Marvel's Avengers 2.5: Civil War

Easy pass for me. My gut tells me that these are little more than reissues in Steelbook packaging, and nothing more. Disney will make collectors double/triple-dip when they officially announce the UltraHD 4K editions of their catalog titles (hint: it won't be with these

).

My biggest problem was we really didn't get a Cap movie and that was the best of the solo series going in.

True. The recent slip covers are funny—they have MARVEL STUDIOS twice on there. Hey, guess it’s smart to show the (still) oblivious general audience that these are different from the X-MEN films. Also, I don’t think Marvel Studios ever did Steelbook re-releases. This is interesting. A lot of ppl missed out on CIVIL WAR and the AVENGERS just had a metalcase so this is nice.

It’s Marvel, so it’s probably never going to happen. Just wishful thinking on my part.

That's why I love Civil War so much. It works as a Captain America sequel continuing on The Winter Soldier storyline, while also having the consequences from the Age of Ultron events being showcased as well.

Civil War and Ragnarok have been the biggest disappointments for me. I know that's an unpopular opinion, but that's how I feel.
