Sorry for the bump but I thought I'd share these with you guys. Now I'm normally not much of a collector of these types of figures as I'm a wrestling figure collector, but recently I decided to start collecting the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 figures since it's my favorite Marvel franchise and well...the figures just look awesome...lol. Anyway I purchased the Toys R Us exclusive Groot & Drax figures a few months back after seeing the 2nd movie at the theater and just bought Yondu today seeing as how it seems like he's slowly starting to sell out online and I didn't want to risk missing out on him. So I swung by Walmart and picked up the last one they had. I also have the Rocket/Baby Groot pack and Star Lord/Ego 2 pack coming from Amazon later this week so I'll share pics of those once they arrive. But for now I figured I'd share my pics of the figures I currently have.

I do have plans to continue to collect the rest of the characters from GOTG2, but I'm only picking them up when I feel I need to.

Figures are on sale for $16.99 this week at Walgreens. The website has Invisible Woman & Human Torch exclusives in stock. (I didn't even know there was a Torch figure until tonight)

I recently finished getting all the GOTG Vol 2 Figures even all ones to build Mantis. Just the characters from the movie and Ex Nighlo and Adam Warlock for Mantis BAF

Some of these are currently $5 at Wal-Mart. I picked up Star-Lord and Yondu. Well worth $5.

Off topic, I also picked up The Black Series At-St that originally sold for $60 on clearance for $15.

I just realized I don't have the Vance Astro in the 1st GotG wave. Still need to pick up the 2nd wave, but the only place I'm seeing them is at ThinkGeek

Got that for my son and I'm surprised how "loose" it is...hard to stand that thin up on a consistent basis. The old one is definitely better in that regard (same with the original Rancor versus the newer ones).

That's how I worked out I didn't have him. I was going through and cleaning up my browsing history and saw him. So I checked my stack and didn't see him. So weird

Has anyone seen the 2nd wave of GotG or the Thor Waves on sale anywhere online? I know that Walmart is closing out some of them for like $9 + tax in some areas, but we've got a douche bag who likes to steal the BAF pieces. So trying to find a complete figure is a bear here. Love the Black Panther wave despite them throwing in another female BAF piece instead of Man Ape.

Found 2 of the GotG Wave 2 on Friday for $5 at Walmart and went on the hunt for the rest of the wave throughout that day and the next at other stores. Found all but Ex Nihilo the next day and got started with the Ragnarok waves at the same price at a competitors store. Found Ex Nihilo today. Also found Loki, but the local store wouldn't price match on the remaining Thor figures I needed. Still need to track down a Ares and hoping the next time I find him I can get them to at least price match Walgreen/CVS $12.99 if I do. Looks like Target put the 2 packs from Thor and Guardians on sale, but make sure the shelf tag matches the online price. There was a price discrepancy at one of the stores I was in today.

Down to Unworthy Thor in the Ragnarok Wave. Got lucky and got the right person to get a price match for Ares and Ragnarok Lord of Thunder Thor. Hoping my luck continues to finish out the wave at $5 over the next couple of days. A heads up for those lurking and not posting. Both Target 2 packs from Ragnarok ($20.99 varies in store/same online) and GotG V2 ($23.99 varies in store/$17.40 online)I saw this at TRU too) are on sale. Probably the last push before these go on clearance, but hard to say. I might grab before the sale ends.

Wrapped up the Ragnarok wave and picked up the GotG and Ragnarok 2 packs too. I think I'm done until the next wave of clearance prices. I just hope I know about it faster this time.

Has anyone seen the Homecoming Wave go on sale anywhere outside of Walgreens. Unfortunately mine still have remnants of the Sandman and Rhino Wave. Makes me think someone is buying new and returning old inventory
