We should be in the 4K OLED 3d, and 4K/3D/Digital combo market now... If LG is watching their 2016 oled sales, they might realize that they can take charge of the tv market. We all, are the sum of one, and no one (sell), is lost with this combo.

Can anyone confirm whether the 2D 1080p disc is region A locked or region free?

I just checked mine. Neither the 2D or 3D discs have the region code on them, but the back of the case (not the slip cover) indicates that both the 3D and the 2D Blu-Ray are Region A.

Did you check the UHD review? Most animated titles are darker in 4K, less pop.

Even for 2D viewers (who want to text while watching) normal BD should suffice.

The 3D is pretty good in Boss Baby too, maybe you can convert her to 3D with this.

Finally watched this and was very impressed by the strong 3D with frequent pop outs in this. This movie was obviously designed with 3D in mind, it was almost nWave level with the frequent and quite strong pop outs coupled with sublime depth.

Story is not top tier for an animation but passable and good fun overall. I’ll be ordering the second movie in 3D from Singapore immediately as the 3D is supposed to be excellent in that too!

I'm assuming you mean Boss Baby 2 and the German release is advertised as being 7.1 audio only. Get an Asian release if you want the atmos.

As mentioned prior, definitely seemed to be shot with 3D in mind so it was visually pretty - just an okay story though.
