The UK Pre Cert tape cover (Replay video) used the tag line but was a terrible cut and paste of the US materials; white text on black and devoid of illustrations. The Metrodome 3 disc UK Ultimate DVD release is the template to start from as it is a thing of beauty. I purchased that one day one but actually I haven't even cracked it open so I'm not sure I'll bother upgrading. It was one highly sought after tape back in the day and I did get one in the end. I even bought a David Hess-signed book on the topic, but I'm not sure the movie appeals to me these days, now I'm a parent. If I do feel the need to revisit it, I guess that DVD set will suffice.

There's a couple of interesting extras that aren't being carried over by Arrow, like an interview with Carl Daft that was filmed specifically for that release. The Going to Pieces documentary is also an entertaining watch, although that can be purchased separately anyway.
