Got a little ahead of myself but my wife surprised me by hanging the art I had bought and the original OT SW laserdiscs on the back wall of the movie theater.

What do you think?

The wife surprised me by hanging some of my movie memorabilia around the home theater and in it.

So Photobucket apparently sucks. Fear not, I will be posting some new photos soon.

So, my plan for this coming winter is to do a "wee bit" of remodeling. I am going to move the theater chairs up a few feet, build a bar for people to sit behind, close off the archway that I despise as I am losing sound but my wife loves as it adds character, add another subwoofer, go to full 7.1, and maybe buy a new receiver.

That's the plan anyways.

New speakers bought. Going to completely rewire and re-arrange everything this Sunday.

I never refer to myself in the 3rd person BUT ol' Chris is PLEASED!!!

Got the new speakers wired in and they sound GOOOD!!!!!!

Got a few more tweaks and I am really on the fence of adding another subwoofer.

Phase 3 is currently under construction. Building the 2nd row bar for everyone to sit at. Bought a new wine fridge. It's all coming along nicely. I cannot wait to show you guys photos of this absolutely great theater.

Got it all assembled. Needs a touch of stain and another coat of poly but overall I am super pleased with how this has turned out.

Looks great! Those seats look comfy too.

Question, what shade of red paint did you use? I'm looking for colors to paint my cinema and I'm trying to find the perfect shade of red.

It's been a while but let me see if I can find the color again at Home Depot next time I am there. I know it was something Crimson.
