Very interested in seeing what happens with Seven and Traffic.

Also, let us know what happens with the 15 Minutes extras. I'm hoping The Constant Gardner is a new trend.

Alliance is offering some big titles, they are really opening up the floodgates. Is this a sign of things to come worldwide in the next 1-2 years?

Not to get anyone's hopes up but Alliance released the Criterion DVD in Canada.

They also released the 2 disc Se7en DVD as well.

Here's hoping they have all the extras.

I remember hearing that the Alliance Nightmare on Elm Street Blu was locked region A, but not certain if these will be too.

The movies are not subtitled ? O_o

As I said in the other thread...the Alliance Traffic DVD was the Criterion release and their Seven DVD was the 2 disc SE...so I'm hoping for the best on both of them...

....but expecting the worst.

well I watched Hostage, I felt the UK import looked better, though the Alliance version did sound great.

I think that when you say something like that, it automatically gets my hopes up! Oh how I hope we can get the Criterion on Blu-ray.

I am willing to put my blu-balls in a vice and say that Alliance will stick to the bare-bones releases of Traffic and Se7en. I hope they release the Criterion and 2 disc versions, I highly doubt it.
