I agree with your picks. Wrinkle in Time is Tomorrowland Redux...headed for a flop. I just saw that there’s a review embargo until the 9th :.p.

I'll see Wrinkle In Time and Strangers 2 either on Thursday night (if the weather clears up) or Friday.

I just hope my theatre doesn't put Strangers 2 on one of their worst screens.

Did Disney forget to send out those checks to the critics?

Toby Kebbel being in Hurricane Heist makes me want to see it. He's so pretty.

Studios has people who analyze the films after they are done and forecast how they will be reviewed . They know it’s a hot mess...I am going off based on trailers only, I could be 100% wrong...but I am not .

I guess they're saving up for the big one next month.

I have no interest in AWIT, but my mom does, so I bought tickets for us to see it together.

Just read some comments from the early preview and you get nonsense like “Ava did a great job, but the book is unfilmable”. Nothing is unfilmable anymore, you just need a director with vision. The people who attended are “friends” of the film and you can tell they are grasping for positives.

Disney does fling a yearly box office turd and this is it .

I voted for A Wrinkle in Time. thus BP will easily win.

Hurricane Heist looks totally absurd in all the right ways. NUTS!

Those films did well regardless though. 47 Meters Down put them on the map.

Ever since LA Confidential, I'm more inclined to believe that "unfilmable" source material NEEDS a good adapted screenplay first and foremost. So Jennifer Lee and Jeff Stockwell may be more to blame here...

Have to apologize to the makes of EVERY DAY. Marcus decided to bring back the fish movie and cancelled random times on other films, so i had to put Game Night in that slot. The fish movie is selling zero tickets...ha.

But spending a snowy day here. Annihilation, Death Wish, Black Panther and then Game Night. Hope they all are good.

It reminds of one of those movies that was on the shelf for years, and someone decided just to dump it. I have not see a full trailer for this yet. There have been a few tv spots.

Live action Disney films always seem to open around $30M (Lone Ranger, John Carter, Tomorrowland, etc). Wrinkle will probably too. Zero buzz.

Beauty and the Beast killed it last March with $174M. Wrinkle in Time probably won't even make that in it's entire run domestically.

Well of course, their live action remakes of their classics make a lot more.

Yeah, I could come back for the last showing I suppose, but Black Panther just bored me to tears. Im debating asking for a refund for Game Night, cause I just wannna go home and take a nap now. Pretty bad when Death Wish is the best film of the day thus far.

I think after yesterday, I'm good one movie trips for awhile. Likely not gonna go back until the final weekend to pair Tomb Raider up with Ready Player One. Everything else coming out just screams rental to me.
