More than a couple, it seems to be the exception to have a remastered BD included.

I have yet to buy Die Hard on blu-ray (I still have the old 2 disc dvd version) so I'm hoping this is a newer transfer. The current blu-ray has been out since 2007 according to the database so definitely time for a newer transfer.

True, however in this case they are releasing a stand alone blu-ray. I do believe this will be a remaster......still I will wait silently.

Shockingly it's been years since I saw the film in its entirety. I've got the five-film set, but it's been sat on the shelf for ages, unwatched.
