Yeah, Facebook is not for everyone. I was talking to my aunt about unfriending a couple of cousins and their spouse earlier today. I broke it down like this, just because you are family doesn't make you family. I got tired of feeling like a damn tourist in their lives while they showed so little interest in mine. I've got no time for that

Precisely. The way my ex-father-in-law put it, "You choose your friends, you don't choose your family."

You have my blessing. Yep, totally agree. I regretted telling her. While I love her to pieces, she's a bit of a 'Knows shit about every bodies business' kind of aunt. But it isn't like I didn't go directly to these people and say, "Do we have a problem?" only to have them lie and say no. The one cousin didn't realize it for 3 months before the pm'd me and I just left their ass hanging. Clearly you unfollowed me and didn't catch it until I posted in a family members post. So get the **** out of here. I don't owe your ass an explanation. Me personally, I don't unfollow, I unfriend. That's me though

Just wrapped up a PB&J sandwich because the one I made my son looked so damn good. So I guess it is time to face my old adversary and mow the lawn. Fingers crossed, the lawnmower doesn't break and this will be one of the last seasons I have to worry about this particular lawn

Hahahah it’s quite funny most of my family has either deleted/blocked me. Or never interacts.

It’s quite pointless.

I’ve had Facebook since it started. Certainly changed from the beginning.

Listening to the chapter two lecture for my FCS 181 class. As far as family, I agree. You'd think someone going for 3 family centered degrees would be closer with his own family. That's simply not the case.

A good friend of mine was recently in Florida for several weeks. While there, he bought the new Apple HomePod, which isn't available here in Canada yet. He asked siri to play some tunes and man, it sounds fantastic! I don't need one, but I sure fricken want one!

I still don't know what HomePod is but I kinda want a regular Amazon Echo.

homepod is apple's answer to the echo and the google home.

amazone echo - $84.99 (currently on sale)
google home - $129
apple homepod - $349

and while it may sound better out of the 3, that price is still WAY too much, in my opinion. plus, the apple homepod REQUIRES you to have another apple device (iphone, ipad, or ipod touch). the others? all you need is the device and wireless internet.

I wish companies were more innovative and not just copy someone else's idea and make their own. I know it's good for the economy and choices and such, but sometimes I have having to choose lol.
