BBKat32 Junior Member Member since:Jul 2007 Location:Ft.Wayne, IN	it seems like there are quite a few unhappy campers in here with best buy! After working there for a few years, it sounds like the "idiots" u guys speak of are (my guess) new employees. but, talking about customer service with attitude, when was the last time you got exceptional service at circuit city (where employees are in fear they'll lose their jobs...its a bad environment), mcdonalds (haven't seen an employee smile there in a long time). customer service in general has got bad around the board.
