Well, it's a 10" driver vs. a 12" and it has a 24" long footprint. You could maybe use it as a coffee table....

The 12in. is capable of producing better low freq.

Ok but the question is, does the benefit of a better LFE outweigh the benefit of a 350 watt driver.
