Well the good news is the Blu-rays are so bad this should be a substantial upgrade. Well deserved. Some of my favourites.

I hope the trend changes this time... the first 3 films were very early releases in the world of dvd and then blu ray... both times the result was severely lacking....

Paramount has a chance now to finally release definitive versions of not only the initial Jack Ryan films but also the early Mission Impossible flicks...

Hopefully they get the Lara Croft treatment. I’ll be more than happy with that.

This one is my favorite of the Jack Ryan trilogy. Ford is great in the role but I've always been curious how it would've been if Alec Baldwin returned as I thought he was fantastic in The Hunt for Red October. James Horner's hauntingly beautiful score is excellent as well.
