Hope you both enjoy! The dubbing is distracting especially with English speaking actor Jason Flemyng who is clearly performing his scenes in English yet is dubbed by himself.

Looking forward to it very much now after reading your review of it in the VIY thread.

Trailer looks great! Any idea how much of a wide release this will get? It made my must see list.

My bet is that this won't get a 2D theatrical release in the US or UK, let alone a 3D one...

Seconded, I'll be amazed if it gets a physical media release in the UK too. Not sure if the first movie even got a dvd here.

It did get a DVD: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Forbidden-K...rbidden+empire

I saw it on sale in Sainsburys, just like Guardians Of The Tomb it just got a crappy worthless 2D DVD in the UK.

Is Guardians of the Tomb that one with Kelsey Grammar and Kellan Lutz about some killer spiders or something? Was that a 3D movie in Asia then? I think I recall seeing the trailer on YouTube a while back.

The sound was awful, the dubbing was terrible, the story was a jumbled mess, some of the GCI was terrible while other parts were amazing, it was funny (even though I don't think it was all supposed to be). It was a beautiful train wreck that I already want to watch again. This movie was so bad it's comedic great. We watched the 2D US release and I could see it was made for 3D. When I told my wife I need to order this from Germany she was like why it was terrible. Yes terribly awesome! Really looking forward to seeing the poor CGI popping out at me!

Was that just for the first or this one as well? I'm hoping it's just the first as I'm well aware of that one. Hoping they didn't do the same silly thing, dubbing over English parts with English...
