No idea what Shudder is (guessing like Netflix for low-budget horror) but you had me at "Kitamura". Versus was wild, and The Midnight Meat Train is one of my favorite horror films ever.

It's not low-budget. But it is a horror-specific streaming service. It's only $5/month, so it's extremely affordable. That's like 1 espresso drink from Starbucks for a month worth of horror viewing.

They pick up a lot of exclusives from film festivals. So many things I've seen at the Telluride Horror Show end up getting released on Shudder (which is where I saw Downrange).

They've got a huge catalog of older films, and a good amount of modern as well. Foreign, domestic. Even some shorts as well.

Some modern films (past 5 years):

Operation Avalanche, Cold Hell, Rift, Dead Shack, Honeymoon, Mayhem, Mr. Jones, It Stain the Sand Red, The World of Kanako, Better Watch Out, 31, Spring, Uncle John, The Sacrament, Let Me Make You a Martyr, The Club, etc etc.

Some old classics like Black Sunday, Black Sabbath, The Evil Eye, Demons, Cat O Nine Tails, Zombie, The Beyond, The Wicker Man, Black Christmas, Nosferatu, Night of the Living Dead.

Tons of Giallo. Asian horror.

I could go on and on about how great Shudder is, how great their selection is, and how inexpensive it is. Definitely a disservice to consider it a "Low-budget Netflix of horror".

If you have Amazon Prime, it can be added on to the video service.
