Just got back from a 30 mile bike ride, started out with the kid but she got tired and decided to turn back at mile 3(to think she used to outdo me on these bike rides), I on the other hand decided to keep on going...probably could have gone further but the headwind was starting to irritate me. Now I'm cooling down and replenishing my electrolytes, then hopping in the shower so we can head out to do some shopping and take the family to the drive-in tonight..finally get to see Ready Player One and A Quiet Place

Debating on my next move. House is finally quiet. Been a pretty lazy day for me. Outside of going to Business Costco to pick up a few things, some more totes and checking our mail I've accomplished nothing. Took a nice nap earlier and would have probably slept through but had a few things wake me up. The Mrs telling me she wasn't up to speed, my bladder and then my usually awesome neighbor using a ride on lawnmower that sounded like a nuts and bolt popper toy

eating breakfast and trying to figure out what the cat did with her collar. when she went out, she had it on. when she came back, she didn't.

so that means i get to go buy another collar, go by the vet and get another rabies vaccination tag, and get a new ID tag.



update: found it under the double gate at the side of the house.

Something I've noticed in your Posts Mike, you seem to really do alot around the House ( Household stuff ) with, and for the Kids and the wife.
And you seem to do a lot of what we would except to see Posted from the married with children women on the Forum.

I'm basiclly saying you are a really hands on Husband and Father and I've got to give it up to you!

So I got to give you everything I find that's propitiate!

Thanks. I actually do pretty much everything around the house, my better half can't cook (she once told me she didn't know how to boil an egg!) and has a hard time managing money so I'm in charge of our finances. I can't take all the credit though, she does help out a bit of the housecleaning and gets the kid up/ready for school during the week since I have have to be at work early in the morning.
I grew up watching my father do next to nothing, while my mom did everything (worked full time, did all the parenting, cooked the meals, the shopping, house cleaning) and told myself I wouldn't be that lazy. Plus I prefer to keep busy so I have no complaints.

Staring out the window at this beautiful day wishing I was outside instead of comforting my daughter after she inadvertently threw up all over me. She finished eating breakfast and proceeded to come over to the couch to watch some TV with me when she started feeling light headed, her last words were "whoa I'm dizzy" next thing I know I'm covered in cinnamon rolls, pancakes and sausage. Thing is she's been getting these dizzy spells quite a bit lately and every doctor/specialist I've taken her to cannot give us a accurate diagnosis

Sounds like something related to her equilibrium, hope you get it sorted soon!
